Reviewing Ohio-Based Research on ECD

The purpose of this study is to review studies of ECD in Ohio to discern their scientific merit and their applicability to expanded state ECD efforts.  With the goal of using the knowledge at hand, this study provides a secondary analysis of selected studies of ECD programs in the state to discern the degree to which the results were shown to be sufficiently potent to serve as policy possibility to ECD expansion in the state.
