CAP CareerAdvance®
CareerAdvance® is a program in Tulsa, OK that facilitates postsecondary credentialing and career building among parents of low-income children enrolled in Head Start. The program is run by the Community Action Project (CAP) of Tulsa, an antipoverty organization. The CAP Family Life Study, which is a longitudinal study of CareerAdvance® participants is currently underway. Dr. Brooks-Gunn is advising this study.
